Final Seminar

For my project seminar I plan to incorporate e-Learning with Blogger and Flickr. I will create a classroom page for my school year and children. From there I will continually update the page, with field trips we have, upcoming assignments that are due, celebrations we have that perhaps some parents are unable to make. I will use Flickr to incorporate the images needed, and possibly some podcasting for some live visuals of events we have.

I think having the resource as a class page for field trips and other class activities will be wonderful for your students to use throughout the year. You can archive them for each subsequent year and students as they grow older can go back and revisit their page and the activities they were a part of.

This is a great tool to have for the parents of your students. Some parents are so busy that they might never even know what their child is doing in the classroom, so this is a great way of keeping them connected. Jamie Gross

That is a good topic. It very similar to mine. I want to use those tools in my lesson plan.

I read about Flickr in the class textbook. I also thought it would be an interesting topic to learn about. I look forward to your presentation! Good luck!

I like that you plan to use several web2.0 tools in your project. I’m interested in how those tools can be integrated effectively in creating a meaningful and active learning experience for your students. Look forward to seeing the final product!

i like your topic. It was helpful to read your proposal because I am still trying to figure out what I want to do. I like the fact that you want to use this opportunity to document your class through the year.
